💥💥💥 As the month of May closes out, I want to remind people that Mental health is vital. It is not just a month of awareness for me; it is a daily awareness 💙 It is pertinent that people understand marriage, having children, not having children, having a great career or not having one, having millions or not having millions of dollars, etc are going to sustain your mindset, help you combat and deal with your trauma, or navigate this thing called life.

Everyone is on a journey but being toxic and not honest with yourself only leads to more devastation as you live life daily. Please be sure to take care of your mind.
