14 Day Self Care Challenge

As we come to the end of May and Mental Health Awareness month, I think it is vital to continue the journey of improving our mental health.

Thus, I have planned a 14 day Self Care Challenge for us.

It will be filled with challenges to uplift you as the 2nd quarter of the year will be concluding and we transition into the 3rd quarter of the year. Hopefully, this Challenge will be the catalyst to positive changes and open you up to more gratitude, happiness, joy, healing, and peace.
