We are kicking this week off with the Mental Health Challenge. As you may know, May is Mental Health Awareness month, I wanted to do a challenge that focused on our mental health.
Day 1 Challenge: Participate in an act of kindness for a friend, co worker, or someone you do not know personally like a neighbor.
ex. buy lunch, help with a project, etc.

I’m a day late, but my act of kindness happened today. I helped my aunt complete some forms she needed for her job. And I also invited my mom to a webinar I was attending that I thought might help her cope with her current challenges.

My act of kindness of today involved a delivery of thank you note. Over the weekend a police officer paid for my Starbucks, so I hand delivered a thank you note to the Muscogee County Police Department.

Today, I purchased dorm/college supplies for a young lady I do not know. Her father passed away from cancer and just recently her grandfather passed away due to complications from COVID-19. A friend posted on FB yesterday asking that we support her and this morning, I did just that.
