Happy New Year

As I sit here thinking about the fact that we are in another decade, I am amazed at how quickly time is going and flowing. I am like, wow, really, it is 2020 already. Over the course of December, I met many people who were stating the same that they feel like time is moving quickly. As I reflect, I think that it is time we all start to enjoy the moment more. It is important to be intentional about how we spend our time and money. Money, you can always make more of, but time you can never get back.

I received a text from one of my best friends on New Year's Eve which stated to do the following things listed below:

1. 1 Lunch date with a Friend

2. Read the Bible

3. 24 hrs. no Social Media

4. 1 Day Outdoors

5. 1 Night Out with friends

6. 1 Date Night (even with just yourself)

7. 1 Breakfast Meetup with Friends

8. 1 Movie Night

9. 1 Movie Night

10. 1 Day Serving Others

11. 1 Day completely to yourself

I don't know about you, but all sound like winners to me. I do feel like I have to be more intentional in how I spend my time. I know and feel it is important to take care of my mind, body and soul. Through following this type of list, I think it will help me to stay on track with doing just that. Let me know what you think of the list. Do you think anything should be added? What do you like on the list?

Leave your comments for me. Happy New Year to you and yours:)
