OneGoal is hiring for their next Executive Director of New York and Executive Director of the Bay Area! The Executive Director (ED) will refine a compelling vision for OneGoal’s work in the region that ultimately inspires internal and external stakeholders to engage with and invest in what is possible for young people. The ideal candidate:

--Builds authentic relationships and diverse coalitions across a wide range of stakeholders

--Leverages their expertise and professional experiences to build a network of partners, donors, and advocates

--Breaks down a complex vision into clear, tangible, and measurable milestones while seeing the connections across lines of work
