Position Overview
The purpose of this position is to design, develop, and implement training and curriculum materials for NCF as well as lead the development of in-person, virtual, and on-demand training programs. This role will lead the training for a large technology and process transformation initiative.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Analyze learning needs, develop training approaches and curricula, and lead the development of in-person, virtual, and on-demand training
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and classroom-based training sessions
Attend regular meetings with program team members and other stakeholders to identify training needs
Develop and maintain training plans as required to assist with the implementation of new technologies and processes
Manage training logistics, scheduling, coordination and communication for assigned projects
Create training resources: videos, how to guides, and templates; Review and maintain all training materials on a regular basis.
Document current and future state processes to assist in the assessment of training needs
Collaborate with Change Management Lead to set up measurements to gauge need for training and to gauge effectiveness

Education
1. A Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Adult Education or Instructional Technology is preferred
Experience
A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Learning & Development including a minimum of 7+ years of Instructional Design experience required
Experience with systems training, development, and delivery is required
L&D consulting and project management experience preferred
Experience using the A.D.D.I.E. instructional design model
Experience with enterprise software training and virtual training
Experience with LMS platforms and authorware or training development tools such as Camtasia, Storyline, SnagIt, etc.
Track record of creating engaging and interactive learning experiences
Preferred Certifications: ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or CPT (Certified Performance Technologist)
