The boutique wealth management client in Radnor is looking for an Investment Operations Manager to join their team. This is a remote position that will require training and occasional meetings in the office, therefor, they are requiring all candidates to be fully vaccinated. Job description: Senior associate position to perform Operations functions and support functions of the trading desk
Daily-Routine
Review and/or posting of account transactions i.e., dividend, trades, checking of stock pricing accuracy
Updating benchmark indices
Review of trading transactions, i.e., receipt and affirmation of confirmations, ensuring accuracy and proper settlement of trades and resolving discrepancies
Issuing and maintaining daily reports
Cash reconciliation
Daily- Non-routine / Weekly
Manage client’s withdrawal requests and funding advices
Track corporate actions and reorganizations, providing response and recording the event
Communicate with custodians to resolve trading and other transaction issues
Weekly portfolio holdings reconciliation
Handle setting up new and closing of portfolio accounts
Maintain client records up to date with amendments, if any
Monthly
Perform month-end process
Month-end asset holding reconciliation
Track asset movement and maintain schedule
Process composite and membership movement, as applicable
Process and review portfolio and composite performance
Provide and maintain internal reports of AUM, Asset movement, Composite movements, and Performance reports
Complete client and custodian monthly reporting requirements
Maintaining custodian statements
Quarterly
Process invoices
Complete client quarterly reporting requirements
Assist in completing quarterly booklets
Handle GIPS verification process
Submit SEC reporting requirements (Sec 13-F and 13-H)
