It is a new day. We are all in a mode of trying to get from day to day, survival mode. Managing and handling our Mental Health is essential. Everyone has the potential to have anxiety-stricken moments or experience depression or both. It is our responsibility to find a good plan that works best. Everyone's self-care plan is different and that is ok. Please never allow anyone to tell you that you are not doing enough or doing too much. Some have to incorporate a hybrid of self-care items in order to manage his or her mental health and that is ok.
