New Virtual Training Alert for Leaders in Social Services, Nonprofits, Community Action, and Head Start


Title: Helpful Tips for Managers, Supervisors and Leaders to Overcome Micromanaging and Being in the Weeds for Extended Amounts of Time


Description: This innovative session will discuss potential triggers of micromanagement in the social services environment and how micromanagers are created. Attendees will learn why leaders, managers, and supervisors tend to micromanage their direct reports and spend too much time on small details that could be easily delegated. The facilitator will also highlight how leaders can train their staff on helpful tips and needed characteristics to keep them from being micromanaged by supervisors. The training will conclude with six (6) intentional strategies leaders can employ to avoid micromanaging.


The session will provide 2 hours of instruction. The introductory cost is $250.00 per person. Register today to learn with leaders across the nation.
