Meditation

What do you do to deal with all of the news, problems, issues, etc going on around you daily? Do you have something that helps you relieve stress?


Have you tried meditation? Well, I ask these questions as I, myself, have decided to incorporate meditation back into my life daily. It does help me to somewhat process what is going on around me. It is a time I’m in the midst of being still and knowing that God is with me and I will be ok. It still takes me moments of reflection and meditation but the relief comes in time. If you try it, let me know.
