We have been retained to recruit a Director of Leasing for a leading developer and manager of place-making projects that connect communities to downtown, life to work, and entrepreneurs to opportunities. Located in the heart of the “Mountain Biking Capital of the World”, the company prides itself on building iconic projects uniquely situated to connect users to the cross-section of urban life and nature across Northwest Arkansas.
ROLE
The Director of Leasing will lead all leasing activities for the company’s growing commercial portfolio including retail, office, industrial and mixed-use space. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing high-quality tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maximizing occupancy and rental income. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in commercial leasing.
LOCATION
NW Arkansas (relocation assistance can be provided)
QUALIFICATIONS
Five years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a strong track record in office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Proven success in leading and developing cross-functional leasing teams across diverse property types.
In-depth knowledge of lease agreements, financial analysis, and real estate market trends.
Real estate license preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as ability to learn and use CRM, computer systems and databases.
Ability to multitask and work on a large quantity of transactions.
A quick learner and self-starter who acts independently, directs one’s own work, and can handle diverse tasks quickly and accurately within a high-pressure environment.
