Welcome October

Well, here we are, already in October. Today, there has been mixed emotions regarding the government shut down. The last shut down was in 2019, and prior to that, over the years, there have been others. However, I think this one hits different because of so many more people are affected by this shut down in addition to the vast layoffs from the private sector, and layoffs since this new administration has been in office.

This is definitely a time when we all need to stick together, and work together to find long term solutions. Please leave a comment if you have been affected by the shutdown and your way of coping.
