Welcome to August

I say this often but time is flying by so quickly. I feel like I have been on a hiatus but not really healing during that time. I feel like I need a month on a beach somewhere so I think I'm going to make that happen soon because I need it.

I hope each of you enjoy this month, uplift one another, be kind to yourself and others, and live in the moment.
