Welcome to July

We are a few days into July. How are you feeling at this point of the year? Please leave where you are as far as mental, emotional, physical health in the comments.

Thus far, 2020 has been challenging and exhausting at times but zoom calls with friends, reading, exercising, journaling, and listening to positive podcasts have been helpful for me. Please share any self care tips you have.

I'm sitting here thinking about how I can improve, create safe spaces for you and others to heal and express themselves, and create viable content regarding job searching, applying for Grant's, etc. This month will revolve around expanding content, connecting more with you and developing a safe way to create a space for us all.

I hope this month is filled with happiness, unexpected blessings, and peace.
