I think about everything going on in the world, and it is a lot to process. So...what I have learned to do is be present in the moment because worrying over tomorrow just makes me anxious and I don't want to live that way. It is too much to carry daily. A part of my self care and wellness is definitely dancing, meditation, and Journaling. It all helps me focus on the now. Focusing on the present is vital in our growth and development.
